Please note: The EasyConferences.org and EasyAcademia.org websites use separate authentication details for the time being, you will need to create a new account (you may reuse the same details as when you created your EasyAcademia account if you so wish). You may find the registration steps below.

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially conference negotiated rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

Registration Steps

  • Create an “easyconferences” account through www.easyconferences.org/signup
  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account
  • Log into www.easyconferences.org and create your EHPS 2015 registration order form
  • Settle securely your order through the online credit card payment method

Please note that, while it is necessary to pay for the registration fee to get the reduced rate, it is not required to proceed with the payment for all your selected services (including accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc.) until just before the start of the conference. Once you complete and save your selected services through the online System, your bookings will be reserved until the payment is completed, at which point the bookings will be confirmed. To complete the payment you may login back to the system any time before the closure of the online Easy Conferences Registration System.

Registration Fees

* These rates are only applicable to delegates who are registered EHPS and CYPSA members. Membership application and payment for 2015 must have been already received by EHPS.

Workshops Registration Fees

  • Please note that participants will be able to register for one conference workshop only.
  • Registration for the conference is not a requirement to register for a conference workshop.
  • Workshop registration fees include full day workshop participation, workshop materials and 2 coffee breaks.

Workshops Cancellation policy:

  • 2 months prior to the start of the workshop: €30 administration charge
  • 1 month prior to the start of the workshop: Refund of 50% of the workshop registration fees
  • Less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop: Registration fees not refundable

Note:

In case of a workshop cancellation due to low participation (4 weeks prior to the start of the conference workshop), participants will be able to choose another conference workshop; if not possible, they  will be entitled to a full workshop registration refund.
